The new Transportation Center addition expands the current Center, this addresses the lack of much needed space.
Following this past month’s ceremonial groundbreaking, site grading is now underway at the
Transportation Facility! The lot has been cleared and shaped, setting up for utility work and
foundations to follow in the coming weeks.
The Transportation Center officially broke ground this month, with a lineup of gold ceremonial shovels and a crowd of staff, students, and community stakeholders on hand to celebrate. With the dirt turned and an excavator standing by, construction is officially underway!
The DLR Group has completed the Design Development and 50% Contract Documents phase for the Transportation Center. Work has now progressed into the 100% Contract Documents phase, with completion currently anticipated for June 2026.
